eco-one is located along John Vorster Drive (R80), which links the City of Tshwane CBD with the Northern areas towards the Soshanguve. The property offers visual as well as physical access from different areas and is the only sizable developable land left within the established Hermanstad Industrial Complex.

The design is done to accommodate a number of land uses with a flexible “basket of rights” approach. Therefore the development can be modified and adjusted to suit end-user and developers requirements. Security is fully integrated into the landscaping, infrastructure and layout of the development. Sustainable (Green), Landscape Design and Architecture are incorporated into the development proposals.

The property will be developed as an active managed urban area which will have development guidelines, management structures and environmental management processes to ensure that the land uses will be complementary and adding value to the whole development.
